Obituary

The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.  He maketh me to lie down in the green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.  He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.  Psalm 23: 1-3

Ms. Lee Raine (San) Rice the daughter of Ms. Betty Cooper and the late Mr. Leroy Rice Jr. of Marshallville, Georgia. San was born on October 06, 1961, in Marshallville Georgia.

She began her education at Lamson-Richardson Elementary School and was graduated of Macon County High School.

San accepted Christ at an early age.  She was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church in Marshallville, Georgia.

“San” as she was affectionally called, enjoyed shopping and spending her time with family. She was best known for her friendly disposition and wonderful personality. She competed a number of years with the city of Marshallville Women Traveling Softball team.

The time has come when I must leave you, but I leave you without fear.  It not the dread I have for dying, but for those I love so dear.  I pray before I leave you, that the Lord up above will protect and guide you safely with his everlasting Love.  This time I must travel alone.
