Ms. Brenda Sue Clark Howard, 57, of Fort Valley, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Piedmont Macon North Hospital following a three-year battle with Cancer.
Ms. Brenda Sue Clark Howard was born March 29, 1964, in Peach County to the late Leon Clark Sr and Ruby Hicks Clark. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by; her sister Carolyn Cliett, her nephew, Darrell Cliett, her niece, Sheila Powell, and great-nephew Malcolm Causey.
Brenda Sue Howard was a member of Spring Hill Community Church of the Living God in Byron, GA. She was a graduate of Crawford County Comprehensive High School and Middle Georgia Technical College. Brenda worked in manufacturing and early childhood education most of her professional career.
Brenda was often known as the “cool mom” or “cool aunt”. She was affectionately the source of advice, laughter, and comfort to her family and friends. She would also do hair at her house to help others look their best.
Brenda prayed often to see her two children grow up and be able to care for themselves. God allowed this and much more. She was able to enjoy life and make memories with her 6 grandchildren.
Brenda is survived by her son, Dennis “DJ” Eric Plant Jr., and daughter-in-law, Quinterrica; her daughter, Kristy Plant Daniels, and son-in-law, Rodney; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Julyen, Dylen, Khloe, Kayden, and Aubrey.
Brenda also leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Ruby Clara Hicks Clark; her Sisters and Brothers-in laws: Emma Causey, Laverne Thorpe, Alice (Benjamin) Tolbert, Thelma (Andrew) Edwards, Linda (Frank) Tallart, Joyce Baute; her Brothers and Sisters-in-law: Homer (Ann) Walker, Leon (Jackie) Clark Jr, Johnny (Linda) Clark, Fletcher (Rosa Lee) Clark; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
