To tell just when the hands will stop. At late or early hour..
Mr. Steve Lyons, son of Willie Raines and Celia Mae Lyons was born on November 9, 1978, in Upson County, Thomaston, Georgia.
He attended the public schools in Peach County, Georgia. On November 1, 1998, Steve became affiliated with The Kay Center. He enjoyed going out of town with The Kay Center Family and participating in lots of different activities. He was a big sports fan.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Pricilla Lyons; grandmother, Adell Lyons; and grandfather, William Lyons.
The present only is our own, So Live, Love, toil with a will --Place no faith in 'Tomorrow' --For the clock may then be still.
On Monday, September 25, 2023; Steve was called home to receive his Heavenly rewards. Life’s warfares are over; life’s race well run; life’s work well done; life’s victory won; cometh rest at last to our beloved Steve.
Steve’s memories will be forever cherished by his devoted and loving mother, Mrs. Celia Mae Towns (Charlie) of Fort Valley, GA; his father, Willie Raines of Macon, GA; a devoted sister, Lynick Lyons (Ananias Dwight) of Fort Valley, GA; three devoted nephews: Devante Lyons, Devion Lyons and Ananias Dwight, Jr all of Fort Valley, GA; five aunts: Idell Williams, Julia Hill (Marcus Brown) both of Roberta, GA, Dottie Mathews of Fort Valley, GA, Kathy Solomon of Macon, GA, and Glenda Howard of Fort Valley, GA; three uncles: William Lyons, Jr of Lizella, GA, Gilbert Lyons (Sonia) of Leesburg, GA, and Richard Lyons (Janet) of Fort Valley, GA; a list of devoted cousins and friends; a special friend, Todd Youngblood; a host of other relatives and many friends.
